What tasks you expect

• Production control incl. Scheduling
• Organization of subcontracting
• Introducing a (new) ERP system in production
• Creation of production plans and BOMs for production
• Development of the optimal production-technical implementation of new products according to customer drawings (onboarding process for new products/new customers)
• Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes; Implementation of 5-S, Lean, digitization – where it makes sense;
• Organisation and monitoring of ongoing maintenance of production facilities
• Monitoring productivity development and continuous increase in productivity
• Preparation and implementation as well as decisive participation in investment decisions (machinery, technical equipment, aids, etc.)
• Preparation and implementation of adjustments in the production profile and development of decision-making bases for the management as well as the owners of the company
• Entrepreneurial thinking and co-design of the company FMA - Freitaler Metall- und Anlagenbau GmbH
